Who is Odoo Community suited for?
Odoo Community is ideal for SMEs that want Odoo without licence fees per user, so the cost does not grow with every extra account. Think of a warehouse team that only scans, or staff who occasionally check a ticket or a planning.
Odoo Community is also a strong step if you now work with separate packages. Accounting, inventory, sales and helpdesk then sit in one system. We take care of the data migration to Odoo, the training and the follow-up through our Odoo helpdesk.

Is Odoo Community free?
The software itself is open source (LGPL licence) and you pay no licence fee per user. You only pay for the implementation, the extra features, the hosting and the support by Alpha ERP.
What is the difference with Odoo Enterprise?
Enterprise is the paid edition of Odoo SA, with a licence per user. We complete Odoo Community with the features on this page and an Enterprise-style home screen. That way you get a comparable experience, without a licence per user.
Does Odoo Community then look like Enterprise?
Yes. Your users start on a clear home screen with app tiles, just like in Enterprise. Behind it you work in the familiar Odoo screens.
Can I switch to Enterprise later?
Yes. Odoo Community and Enterprise share the same base. If you grow into Enterprise, we migrate your database and data.
Who takes care of updates and support?
Alpha ERP. You can count on our Odoo helpdesk with helpdesk bundles, and we guide the move to new Odoo versions.
